Put in some 4K RED and great cinematography and this piece has come up a treat ready for the festival circuit. Davinci loved it and so will my showreel.
Ender Dragon - Holy shit this looks good.
One look at the BMC footage on this short film from Ayna Kilbey has me really excited. "Punching well above it's weight" in all production values means my end of the deal had better aim up.
Early grading today and Anya supervising the process for the next few sessions will be great fun and I can't wait to sink my teeth into the look she has settled on.
ABC - Fresh Blood Comedy series
YouTube sensation Ben French is turning his talents to TV as part of the ABC's comedy series - Fresh Blood. I was lucky to grade the material that he wrote and starred in AZIO - The Bogan Spy Agency. Keep an eye out for it on ACB2 and iView this June.

Rolling through these 7 minute episodes of grading 'SFN'. Episode 1 is done and dusted. 2 and 3 are not far behind. Footage looks great and a breeze to colour.

The exquisitely shot material from the Blackmagic Cinema Camera has seen me grading some fantastic RAW 2.5K files. A really solid production design and performances has made this a really enjoyable grade with some great still grabs to come.
Incapable Hands - Another Busy Week
Great to be working with Kevin Lee again on his AFTRS project 'Incapable Hands'. Starting tomorrow for 2 long, solid days.

Offered up to me by a champion DP Stephen Rangott, Anastasia is a project by Emily Garrett. I'm looking forward to finalising the right amount of grain after testing went well last week. Stevo and myself are suitably impressed with what Resolve was pulling out from the C300, ready to render this week.

The Pigs on their European tour performing their rendition of Milkshake
'Move' is next on the list.
Written and Directed by Julie Kalceff, 'Move' is the relationship struggle between two girls in a predicament they are finding hard to get out of. Working with Julie and delivering some more stylised lighting effects has been a lot of hard work and some time consuming colour balancing efforts.
We're really happy with the results and it's ready to pump out to few festivals. I'll get a profile page up for this project and get some great before and after pieces. Check the updates out when I get this page up.

Well, well, - the long journey of a feature is coming to an end. Reviews and revisions have been very rewarding following the keen eyes of both Chantelle and Simon. I have had an amazing experience with fantastic clients that can't do enough for their finished product.
I can't wait to post some final looks and stills from the project, it has come up trumps.

What a day grading 'Shed'!
Spent an afternoon grading 'Shed' with passionate Writer/ Director Mike Green. Started developing some looks and ended up getting 60 shots deep! Fantastic afternoon and I wish I had taken some stills to post but they will come next week.

Cell Bikes - Promo on the way
Grading for the guys at Marine Production. Sam and Paul got me to work some Resolve magic on their latest promo for Cell Bikes. It will be released soon as graphics get finalised.
They have put together some great RED footage and high production values - ripe for the grading. Love collaborating with cool creatives and this one will be a really high end spot.
These are the finished grades that were signed off by Marine. A few grades pushed from cool to warm. Some secondary work blurring and sharpening that ripper Epic raw footage.
