Three Hearts by Joey Chebatte
C300 was the format for Joey's new short film "Three Hearts". DaVinci easily handled some long takes that traveled from indoors to outdoors and back again. The keyframing of exposures was leveled out and the cool and warm feels for each room really accentuated the tense scenes that played out. Looking forward to seeing this production hit the festivals very soon. Cheers Joey!

Observance off to Rotterdam and Slamdance Film festivals
I'm super excited to hear that our Director- Joseph has sent off a screener to these 2 festivals. Focus is now is on making some minute tweaks and another feature is in the can.
Pfizer branded footage has a great look for nerve pain content
Categorising the bleak and dull look for this material was the brief and communicating this through the R3Ds was our job. Nick Snelling the Head of Content for Hill & Knowlton was stoked with the finished product and his clients are loving it too.

ABMO - Latest Short from Aaron Cheater
Aaron brought me ABMO shot on Red for a grade this week. The family drama was shot a year ago and as always the Colourist is the end of the road for the production. I worked with Aaron's vision for the film and together punched out a look that did justice to the DP and all contributors. Cheers Aaron!
Ender Dragon switches to 'Gayby'
Anya Beyersdorf has knocked another film out of the park - full stop. Created the look, tweaked some graphics, re-lit where required and rendered that 'Gayby'.
Such an awesome experience where every one of the details has been checked off right through the production. Congrats Anya - a pleasure as always.
Sam Nam & Paul Choi - Give goes in and out
Put in some 4K RED and great cinematography and this piece has come up a treat ready for the festival circuit. Davinci loved it and so will my showreel.
Ender Dragon - Holy shit this looks good.
One look at the BMC footage on this short film from Ayna Kilbey has me really excited. "Punching well above it's weight" in all production values means my end of the deal had better aim up.
Early grading today and Anya supervising the process for the next few sessions will be great fun and I can't wait to sink my teeth into the look she has settled on.
